Normally, we(seller) bear the shipping fee, that means, free shipping for buyer. In some special cases(when the total order is less than $50), the buyer needs to pay $25 for shipping.
And, the following conditions will be borne by the buyer:

The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer. 3.
